Capra di Puglia

Capra di Puglia is a soft, short-aged cheese obtained from the processing of only goat’s milk coming from our farm. It’s a young, tasty cheese, with a delicate goat scent and intense fresh lactic notes. It’s also characterized by its white-grey moldy rind, reminiscent of the Valle d’Itria goat’s cloak.
