  • 3 tender artichokes
  • 1 organic lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparazione

  • Clean the artichokes to extract the tender hearts, then soak them briefly in cold water with a squeeze of lemon juice.

  • Pat them dry with kitchen paper.

  • Place the burrata at the centre of the plate and arrange the artichoke hearts around it, opening them like petals.

  • Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and a little freshly grated organic lemon zest.
