- 4 medium burrata by Artigiana
- 4 slices of mortadella
- Pistachio pesto

Heat a non-stick pan and lightly brown the mortadella slices on both sides. Leave them to cool completely.

Place a burrata in the centre of each slice, then gently fold the mortadella around it to form the shape of a rose.

Arrange the roses on a serving platter and finish with a few drops of pistachio pesto.
