Caseificio Artigiana was founded in 2001 in Putignano among the small stone walls and Murgia Barese pastures by the will of Francesco D’Ambruoso. Multiannual experience, the passion for the good, continuous research are at the base of our company story and knowledge for any kind of dairy production, characteristic in this angle of Apulia.

Our cheeses are finely worked by dairy grandmasters which every day transforms the raw milk collected in farms from our territory. Daily, we transform fresh raw milk according to the tradition, and in that way we bring to the table the most simple and genuine tastes of Apulia.
