Ingredients

  • 8 thin slices of pork capocollo
  • 8 small burrata by Artigiana
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparazione

  • Place a burrata on each slice of capocollo.

  • Roll up each slice, then coat in breadcrumbs mixed with finely chopped rosemary.

  • Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.

  • Serve immediately!
